Madison Campbell - Agency Owner
We started Campbell Insurance Agency from scratch in 2012. My whole life I have been blessed to study great customer service by following my father, Gerald Campbell. He taught me early on in business and in life to treat every client like you would want to be treated. In 1988 my family moved to Dover with Campbell Ford. Growing up in Stewart County was amazing and I graduated SCHS in 1998. I attended and graduated college at MTSU and called "the Boro" my home for 11 years. I always worked through college and built a nice resume of experience. Whether it was managing 2 Verizon Wireless stores or working for Mix 92.9/Oldies 96.3 I learned valuable lessons of helping people. Insurance came calling as my career and for over 5 years I worked for Federated Insurance as a commercial insurance agent. This experience with business owners was a valuable lesson in the areas of commercial and personal insurance.
The idea of running my own agency had been on my mind for years and moving back home to Dover. Timing is everything and I was fortunate enough to align myself with some great A+ insurance companies. We have had great success and in 2025 we added Paris as our second location. We are not the biggest insurance agency out there, but what you do get is that one on one, old school customer service that used to be plentiful in this country.
We want to earn your trust and only ask for a chance to look at your insurance needs. If you bring us a great policy and we can't touch it, we will be the first to tell you to stay put with your current situation. Our top priority is to have a client understand what they need and why they are buying it. Price is always important but coverage is more important when the bad in life happens. Personally, I am a diehard NASCAR fan, enjoy spending time at the lake with friends and family, and enjoy traveling with my beautiful wife Jennifer. While we don’t have children of our own, we both strive to be the best Aunt and Uncle to our wonderful nieces and nephews.

Jennifer Campbell - Agent
I started my insurance career back in 2007 when I was licensed with the State of TN for life and health insurance. My primary background has been in the financial/banking world. I helped Madison start Campbell Insurance in 2012 but it wasn’t until 2022 that he finally convinced me to work with him full time. I enjoy helping families find the best coverage for their budget for personal lines business. I like to slow down the process, so you leave here educated about what you are purchasing in the first place. You can find me daily at the Paris office located between Sweet Jordans and Woody's Pizza.
When I am not working, you will find me enjoying my tv crime dramas, chasing NASCAR races with Madison, relaxing at the lake, loving on Furby and Noodles (our two cats), and spending time with my friends and family.

Tiffany Brandon - Agent
Hi I’m Tiffany, you will find me daily at the Dover office. Most likely, I am the one you will hear from when you call either office. I started with Campbell Insurance back in 2017. I am a licensed TN property and casualty insurance agent. I handle everything from managing clients, claims, billing, new business, renewals, and certificates. I pride myself on fast certificate times for our commercial clients.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and beautiful daughter. I am an avid NFL fan, go RAVENS! We love to spend our spare time at the creek, chilling with our dogs and cats, and cherishing moments with my family.
